Today LG and Prada presented their “world’s first completely touch screen mobile phone” (LG press release). First pics were published in december. In most tech-specs Apples iPhone is superior “although Prada’s phone does offer at least one thing missing from the iPhone: a memory card slot.” (Infoworld). Engadet compares the similar design with the iPhone. The Prada phone will cost 600€, available in European Prada stores in February, later in Asia. No plans to bring it to America.

Heute stellten LG und Prada ihr „welterstes Nur-Touchscreen-Handy” vor (LG-Pressemitteilung). Erste Bilder gabs schon im Dezember. Technisch ist es schlechter ausgestattet als Apples iPhone, hat dafür aber einen Slot für Speicherkarten (Infoworld). Bei Engadet gibts einen Designvergleich. Für 600€ ab Februar in europäischen Prada-Stores zu haben, danach in Asien. Bisher keine Verkaufspläne für Amerika.
