I wouldn’t walk around Temple St. Your life is in danger there. After living in LA for over 35 years I had to leave. My mother’s car was stolen and found in an alley not far from where you saw the acident, totally stripped. It was a VW. There is a reason there are bars over the shops everywhere. All shop owners carry guns.
